Members of the EASE family are held to a higher professional and ethical standard than REALTORS® or Brokers
A client must always be treated honestly and fair. No real estate practitioner may take advantage of a client’s lack of experience or knowledge. No practitioner shall cause a buyer or seller to act except in the best interest of the client. No practitioner may ever act solely in his or her best interest.
No practitioner may cause a client to act out of the scope of the client’s best interest without first counseling the client of such. No practitioner may misstate any fact to the client.
As a part of insuring that EASE agents maintain their superior standards of practice and ethical practices, the highest in the industry, EASE provides quarterly webinars and semi-annual live presentations by nationally recognized, widely known real estate trainers. All EASE agents and all their clients and customers are invited, at no charge, to attend and participate in any or all of these presentations.
