EASE Realty came into existence out of need. Over the past several years the real estate industry as a whole has moved in the direction of becoming mega corporations. Corporations that lost sight of the customers and clients best interest. These mega corporations are self serving and offer neither the client or the agent the flexibility or freedom to conduct business as local market conditions necessitate.
In 2005 five Denver REALTORS said, enough is enough. These five brokers, each from varied "mega corporations" came together and said there has got to be a better way to do business. They studied and researched the existing business models, picking and choosing the best each had to offer. They invited input from literally hundreds of brokers from every major brokerage from all across the country. From those efforts rose a new concept. EASE Realty was born. Those five, Gary Newman, Joann Perito, Greg Steele and John and Steve Danyliw became the founders of EASE Realty.
EASE Realty currently has several companies in Colorado and is soon to open more in California, Texas and Illinois.
EASE Realty is not about the corporate bottom line. EASE Realty is about the people, buyers, sellers and agents. EASE Realty is about YOU.
